We are a small practice started in 1980 as a partnership under the name of Arthur W. C. & Co. by two ex-members of a big-4 international accountants firm. We provide a full range of accountancy services with clients in Hong Kong and from overseas, including the United States, Europe, Australia, Mainland China and Southeast Asia.

我們於1980年以合夥形式創業，名為 Arthur W. C. & Co.，由兩位前國際四大會計師事務所成員創辦。我們提供全面的會計專業服務，客戶遍及香港及海外，包括美國、歐洲、澳洲、中國內地及東南亞。

We incorporated our practice in early 2006 and changed to its present name in early 2011.

我們於2006年初將事務所註冊為有限公司，並於2011年初改用現有名稱。

Philip Leung & Co., Limited has been rooted in Hong Kong since 1980, continuously providing professional accounting services, and is a registered CPA practising firm in Hong Kong.

富立會計師行有限公司自 1980 年起紮根香港，持續提供專業會計服務，並為香港持牌會計師事務所。

Our founder has been recognised by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) as an Authorised Supervisor since 2002, accumulating more than twenty years of extensive experience in professional practice and supervision. The founder is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, FCCA), with solid professional knowledge and broad industry experience.

本所創辦人自 2002 年起獲香港會計師公會（HKICPA）認可為認可監督（Authorised Supervisor），在專業執業及監督工作方面累積逾二十年豐富經驗。創辦人亦為特許公認會計師公會（ACCA）資深會員（Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, FCCA），具備深厚的專業知識及廣泛的行業經驗。

In addition, our practising accountant has been recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW, FCA) since 2025, further demonstrating our firm's professional standing and its commitment to international professional standards.

此外，本所執業會計師自 2025 年起獲認可為英格蘭及威爾斯特許會計師協會（ICAEW）資深會員（Fellow Chartered Accountant, FCA），進一步彰顯本所的專業資歷及與國際專業標準接軌的承諾。
