稅務局

IRD — the government department that assesses and collects profits tax, salaries tax and property tax. It receives companies’ and individuals’ tax returns, issues tax assessments, and handles enquiries, field audits and objections.稅務局負責評定及徵收利得稅、薪俸稅及物業稅，接收公司及個人稅務申報，發出繳稅通知，並處理稅務查詢、實地審核及反對。

會計及財務匯報局

AFRC — the regulator of the accounting profession, established in 2023 under the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council Ordinance (Cap. 659). It registers and oversees auditors of public interest entities, sets auditing standards and monitors audit quality.會計及財務匯報局根據《會計及財務匯報局條例》（第659章）於2023年成立，負責監管會計專業，註冊及監察公眾利益實體核數師，訂定審計準則並監察核數質素。

公司註冊處

CR — the department that incorporates and de-registers companies under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). It keeps the public register of companies, receives annual returns and other statutory filings, and administers business names and trust or company service providers.公司註冊處根據《公司條例》（第622章）負責公司註冊及取消註冊，備存公司公眾登記冊，接收周年申報表及其他法定文件，並管理商業名稱及信託或公司服務提供者。

香港電子法例

HKeL — the official electronic database of Hong Kong legislation, maintained by the Department of Justice. It gives free access to current and past versions of Hong Kong laws and subsidiary legislation.香港電子法例由政府律政司維護，免費提供香港法例及附屬法例的現行版本及歷史版本，讓公眾查閱。

工業貿易署

TID — the department that formulates and implements Hong Kong’s trade policy. It issues import and export visas and licences, certifies the origin of goods, administers the outward processing scheme, and handles trade enquiries and disputes.工業貿易署負責制定及推行香港貿易政策，簽發進出口牌照及貨物來源地證明書，管理外地生產安排，並處理貿易查詢及糾紛。

香港生產力促進局

HKPC — a not-for-profit body funded by the Hong Kong SAR Government, established in 1967. It helps companies raise productivity and adopt technology through consultancy, training, testing and certification, and through innovation and upgrade funding programmes.香港生產力促進局於1967年成立，是獲香港特別行政區政府資助的非牟利機構，透過顧問、培訓、測試及認證，以及創新及生產力提升資助計劃，協助企業提升生產力及應用科技。

知識產權署

IPD — the department that examines and registers trade marks, patents and registered designs in Hong Kong. It keeps the public registers of those rights and promotes respect for intellectual property.知識產權署負責審理及註冊香港的商標、專利及註冊設計，備存相關登記紀錄，並推廣尊重知識產權的文化。
